A facility built around the products we carry
Our medical supplies are kept in a dedicated, SFDA-licensed warehouse in Jeddah that we have operated since 2010. Spanning more than 2,000 square metres of floor area and over 10,000 cubic metres of storage volume, it is equipped for the safe handling of medical devices and consumables — separate from our head office, and run to the standards our customers depend on.
Every product is held under controlled temperature and humidity — monitored around the clock and linked to the SFDA monitoring system across both the warehouse and our delivery vans — so what leaves our shelves reaches your facility in the condition it should.

Temperature and humidity in the warehouse and our delivery vans are tracked continuously and linked to the SFDA monitoring system.
FEFO stock rotation
First-Expiry-First-Out rotation, so stock moves in the right order and expiry dates are actively managed.
Electric forklifts
Clean, emission-free electric forklifts for safe, efficient handling inside the warehouse.
Round-the-clock security
24/7 security with a manned guard house and CCTV coverage across the facility.

A dedicated fire pump and fire-protection system safeguard stock and staff.
