House of Rays Medical Company (“House of Rays”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website houseofraysksa.info (the “Site”). We are a business-to-business distributor of medical supplies based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy reflects how the Site actually works today. In plain terms, the Site is an informational and marketing website: we do not sell products online, we do not take payments through the Site, and we do not offer customer accounts or logins. The main way you share personal data with us is by choosing to contact us.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What personal data we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share — for example, your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry or request for a quote.
Information collected automatically. As with most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting and security tools automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working, and to understand general usage.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses cookies — small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies needed for the Site and its forms to work and to keep it secure.
- Functional / performance cookies set by services we use — for example, Jetpack (site statistics and security) and OptinMonster (on-site messages).
We do not currently run advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not currently use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and update this policy. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.
How we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries, provide quotations, and communicate with you about our products and services;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- send you updates or information you have asked to receive, and let you opt out at any time;
- keep records and meet our legal, regulatory, and tax obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
We rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; the need to take steps at your request or to perform a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate business interests (such as securing the Site and responding to enquiries), handled in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that run the Site on our behalf, including our web host (HostGator / Newfold Digital), Jetpack (Automattic Inc. — site statistics and security), our contact-form tool (WPForms), our email tool (Creative Mail by Constant Contact), and OptinMonster. These providers process data on our instructions.
- Embedded third-party content — our Contact page shows a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may receive your IP address and device data under Google’s own privacy policy.
- Authorities or advisors where we must comply with the law, a court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor if our business is reorganized, merged, or its assets are transferred — in which case your data may pass to the new owner under this policy.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Saudi Arabia (for example, in the United States). Where your personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected and that the transfer meets the requirements of the PDPL.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it:
- Enquiry and contact data — kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months from our last contact) unless a longer period is required by law.
- Technical and security logs — kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups (UpdraftPlus) for a limited time before they are overwritten.
Your rights
Subject to the Saudi PDPL and other applicable law, you have the right to:
- be informed about how we use your personal data;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out); and
- object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@houseofraysksa.info. We will respond within the time required by law. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to the competent Saudi authority (the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority — SDAIA).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no website or method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites — for example, the websites of the manufacturers we represent. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Please review it periodically.
