We are a business-to-business distributor of medical supplies based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. What personal data we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share — for example, your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry or request for a quote.

Information collected automatically. As with most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting and security tools automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working, and to understand general usage.

Analytics — only if you accept. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. • Service providers that run the Site on our behalf, including our web host (HostGator / Newfold Digital), Jetpack (Automattic Inc. — site statistics and security), Google Analytics (Google LLC — website analytics, only with your consent), our contact-form tool (WPForms), our email tool (Creative Mail by Constant Contact), and OptinMonster. These providers process data on our instructions.
• Embedded third-party content — our Contact page shows a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may receive your IP address and device data under Google’s own privacy policy.
• Authorities or advisors where we must comply with the law, a court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect our legal rights.
• A successor if our business is reorganized, merged, or its assets are transferred — in which case your data may pass to the new owner under this policy.

International transfers

How long we keep it
